PEC SUPERSET! Do as many band-resisted dumbbell pushups as you can and then do as many dumbbell incline chest presses as you can (no more than 15-30 seconds of rest between moves). That's 1 round. Do 3-5 rounds, resting 2-3 minutes between rounds. Or alternate between this and the back stack I shared the other day. Use a pair of dumbbells that's half of what you'd normally press for 8-12 reps. It makes a light weight feel super heavy, which is great if you don't have access to heavy weights. The band really increases serratus, pec, and core activation at the top of the push-up. If you want to make an area GROW, train it right before @fiveguys and 🍟! This TRIPLE CRUSH TOP-DOWN COMPLEX was a part of my arms and shoulders bro-session tonight. 40 seconds of work at each of these 3 moves from in the exact order shown for 2 minutes of time under tension. Do 2-3 rounds with 1-2 minutes of rest between rounds. I made it extra painful 😖 by using the new red XL @fatgripz with a pair of 30-pound dumbbells. PUMP 🎈& RUN 🏃
1️⃣Pump for 60 seconds and rest for 60 seconds.
2️⃣Run for 60 seconds and rest for 60 seconds.
That's 1 round. Do 10-15 rounds, changing the pump move each round. I alternated between the following 5 moves shown in video: front squat, overhead press, bent-over row, constant tension curl, hammer-grip overhead triceps extension. I used 12.0-mph at 1.0 incline on the treadmill. It's quite possibly the perfect whole body strength and cardio workout and it's ideal for rapid fat loss. #Treadmill #TreadmillWorkout #FatLoss #MetCon #MetaShred #BJGaddour #FlexFriday

To fix yourself, you have to be willing to break yourself down. A couple of miles of intervals then did @jeremyscottfitness partner race by myself. My time was pretty lousy after my run but gives me something to work on while trying to get my knee back to normal. Setbacks the last year have taken a toll on me mentally, so I'm just refocusing. MetaMatrix Upper Body - such a great workout! The Metaset in this routine is Carioca but I wasn't in the mood to do that so I jogged in place instead.
