Finished up an install of 21 ballistic glass windows in a fire department. Gym, bunks, captains office, kitchen, and living room now protected. Nice that they can do their job and not have to worry about any more bullets flying in. Shitty that it's a problem in the first place but we got them covered.
People don't realize that 1920-30s cars were 1/2 automobile 1/2 coach with all wooden frames. Here we're restoring a 1930 Chrysler that's rare and there are no parts available for. So we're replicating all the parts in house all out of solid oak! Swipe <<<<------------- for more photos.
So stoked! We have a 2 post lift as of today! Craigslist finds are the best. Now we can work a little more efficiently. Custom aluminum wing is in the works, as well as a rear diffuser and some exhaust work for this #nsx.
Out with the old and in with the new! Top radiator hose all cut up and customized. Now it has a better angle, flow, and leaves me more room for the air filter and windshield wiper tank. #projecthawkeye#welding
I started back up on the P38 Lightning. This is going to be a whole lot of work but I really am liking how its shaping up at the rough in stage. This will be the biggest plane to date. The wingspan will be just over 6 feet.
