Plato vegetariano super rico!🍆🍅🍜😋 Elegí verduras de todos los colores cocidas y crudas! Mejor si son de estación (tienen menos tiempo desde la cosecha a su consumo, por lo tanto conservan mas nutrientes) y si tenés posibilidades que sea de orígen orgánico, sino lavarlas bien con agua potable!! 🍜 En esta opción tenés: Berenjenas y brócoli al vapor con queso (lo derretimos al microondas) + hojas verdes crudas ( rúcula y lechuga) + Tomatitos cherry + salteadito de cebolla picada, zanahoria en bastoncitos y pimientos en juliana + aceitunas verdes! Condimentar a gusto, podes elegir oliva, aceto, limón, especies y hierbas, mix de semillas ... y a disfrutar!!! 😋😊👌

BILAN SEMAINE 6

Côté balance ⚖️ : ça y est, - 9 kg. Un pack et demi d'eau, c'est lourd, et c'est ce que je n'ai plus à déplacer avec moi à chaque pas. La perte de poids se stabilise, je suis à 65kg, et ça se voit 😊

Côté vécu 🤔 : ça sent la fin de cure, j'y pense de moins en moins. Je sais que je vais garder une bonne partie de mes nouvelles habitudes alimentaires (fruits entre les repas, boire davantage d'eau, plus autant de fromage -et en tout cas plus du tout le soir-, des féculents de temps en temps seulement, des sucres naturels...). Le prochain objectif sera de remuscler ce grand corps - ce qui va demander une vraie discipline ! Mais cela fait tellement de bien de réhabiter vraiment son corps 👍
