Workout splits will just NEVER work for me I have the attention span of a spork so I'll always just do whatever I feel like doing on the day, my week is roughly 2-3 lower body days, 2 ish upper body & abs, and maybe 1 HIIT in there somewhere, so basically you don't need to have a super strict guide to get results🤗 Listen to what your body wants to do!
