Officially done with week two of my yoga retreat and I'm feelin SO good, you guys.
I'm a habitual quitter when it comes to fitness programs. I dabble, pick one, move on to another, take breaks, whatevs. But I've never picked ONE program and completed it day for day, until now. 🙌
I ain't losing any weight guys, but I'm gaining a whole lot of pride in myself. 😏
