[...] The group had no food, no water. They were silent, fear was their worst enemy, but yet, everyone developed a special form of panic attacks: Caprisia barely had any battery on her cell phone, no signal, but she was trying to catch some, Paul was still trying to convince himself that it was just a mistake, the blonde girl started crying, the twins weren’t moving at all. Caprisia tried to keep everyone calm, but one by one, each person started being angry and worried, they were yelling at each other. “Stop, everyone, just be quiet, let’s follow the river flow”, she said. She believed everything would be alright, but suddenly heard the twins disagreeing over something. “You always do this!” said Antonio and ran away; his brother and Liza followed him. “Wait for us here, we’ll come back”, said Paul quickly with a soft ton before running after them. She accepted and saw the silhouettes slowly fade into the dark forest.
Caprisia found herself resting at the side of a big oak tree, the sky covered the woods over the treetops which created a canopy over her head, and from nowhere, she heard a clear noise, similar to someone whistling, “Paul, is that you?”, no one answered, she was thinking it was some sort of hallucinations due to her hunger, but something pushed her to get up and follow the noise. The woods became darker and scarier, Caprisia was confused, she wasn’t feeling her legs, she wanted to go back, but couldn’t, her legs were now controlled by a power that wasn’t hers. Fear was pounding at her heart, her breathing became heavy. It leaded her to an old house on an old big tree, what was it doing there?
