Hypertension is a #metabolicdisorder which with present #lifestyle and #mentalstress is affecting people with age group 25-60yrs. Eating right food with #dailyexercises help in delaying or preventing hypertension.
Some of #ayurvedicherbs useful before development of hypertension are-
1.ONION- #onions cantain flavonol quercitin which is considered highly useful in lowering hypertension and thinning of vessels.
2.GARLIC- Garlic contains allicin helps in reduction of lipids thus inhibiting blood coagulation. It is considered best herb in reducing #vata hypertension. It should be taken in crushed form daily.
3.AMLA (INDIAN GOOSEBERRY)- #amla is rich source of vitamin C., So is considered highly useful in lowering blood pressure and also reduces bad cholesterol by speeding metabolism. Amla juice should be taken empty stomach in morning.
4.PUNARNVA- decoction of punarnva one part and cardamon one part with 1-2 tablespoons of honey in 250ml of water should be boiled till 1/4th glass is remaining. Drink this once or twice a day. Punarnava will be useful in pacifying #pittadosha thus helping in reducing pitta hypertension.
Along with these herbs Arjuna bark powder and ashwgandha should also be taken with milk to strengthen cardiac muscles thereby preventing cardiac failure.

I could be wrong about this but here goes!!! The way we feel everyday is dependent on what happens to us weather good or bad weather someone is depressed and someone or a group helps him/her up or if you get bullied to no point and no one helps you or if you go on vacation and release all of that stress and enjoy yourself or your boss decides to give you a raise or gives you a higher position!!! All of that correlates with stress. Stress can be good or bad depending on your situation!!! Feeling depressed/suicidal or miserable is bad or positive stress being excited or enjoying yourself is good or positive stress!!! No matter what you think you are always going to have stress in your life weather it’s good or bad or weather it’s physical or mental stress!!! Please learn to live the table when love is no longer being served...are you in a strained friendship,relationship etc and you have done all you could to save it and the other party feels less concerned about it please learn to let go... You have enough issues with health and all, if they truly care about you they won't put you through all that stress mentally, emotionally, physically and otherwise, you deserve better.
No one should get the chance to be with you and misuse it. If they do then they can't remain close to you
That's a very firm boundary that should be guarded fiercely

Mental stress,emotional stress of any kind is a major trigger of crisis episodes and when knocked down it takes a toll on us.

Be intentional, know when to Lego and keep your sanity,keep your peace, you deserve the best and most of all genuinely appreciate those who understand your journey because their kind is rare.

Nowadays many people go through times of mental stress. Their job, relationships, family, financial, many things can be the source of mental stress. But what many people don’t realise is how it can effect our training.

Mental Stress has a huge impact on our training. Many research papers have shown results that identify a drop in energy and performance when it comes to exercise when they are experiencing what is known as mental stress in comparison to those people who don’t. Research has shown that that when looking at compound movements those people who are experiencing mental stress have a significantly lower volume in strength gains in comparison to those who are not experiencing mental stress.

Can Meditation Cure Me?
Meditation exposes you to yourself. In order for meditation to be a benefit, or even be possible for that matter, one needs to solve past trauma that has built up over time.
We are like onions with multiple layers filled with oils. Once those layers are exposed, once our past comes to the present, they can burn, so we fold that layer up over itself. "I'll deal with that later," we tell ourselves. Years have gone by and those issues remain stuck to the walls of your mind.
MonkFit can help, but meditation is not always our first tool. There are tools we use in order to resolve past burdens first, and then we explore the deeper realities and peace inside your mind and beyond.

At midnight on the 12th of August 2016, I was involved in a horrific car accident that led to me losing a great friend and left me fighting for my life in an intensive high care unit for almost three months.

Since that fateful night, my life has taken a drastic 360-degree change.

Mentally, spiritually and physically, I have a different outlook on life, people and the world.

I have grown to understand that God exists and is alive, and that is a non-negotiable fact because of my personal experience with him.

That I made it through over six major life-changing surgeries and the fact that I am alive, that I can walk, and that I still smile still shocks many people.

The path forward…

Through all that happened, my passion for being photographed lived on. It became part of my healing process. My story didn’t only have an impact here in South Africa, but my social media presence brought me to the attention of a London based media company – @barcroft_tv & they documented my journey.

Once this was released on YouTube, my interaction with millions of people reacting to my story sky rocketed.
