The most effective, yet most underused performance enhancement strategy = meditation/quiet time/stillness/silence...call it whatever you want.

Turn off all electronics and rid all distractions and noises. Close your eyes or stare at something and just be completely quiet and still. Slow your breathing down and relax your body. You can think of something specific, pray, reflect, or just let your mind wander as it wants to. It doesn’t even matter.

Start with 5-10 minutes a day, and build up if it’s helpful. Commit to it and watch the magic happen💫
