Hello hi I've never posted one of these 'low waisted vs high waisted' pics before, idk how I've felt about them. BUT. I'm posting today because the amount of people who message me this kinda thing... 'how did you shrink your waist' 'how do you get rid of muffin top' 'I want to grow my legs and shrink my waist'... is a lotttt. Reality is, you can't 'shrink' your waist, you can only grow your lower and upper body around your waist = waist appears smaller. LEGGINGS ALSO CREATE THIS ILLUSION. SEE. The first pic no one would say 'omg your waist is so tiny'.. but they may do in the second pic where my leggings are pulled up to my hips. The majority of us wear high waisted leggings because they highlight our curves, and there's nothing wrong with that - if we feelinnn good we feelin good 🤷🏻‍♀️😏🌟 please do not hate on your body if you look completely different outside of high waisted leggings, because we pretty much all do, it's an illusion that high waisted leggings are MADE for and thats fine 🙌🏼 I used to hate the way my body looked in low waisted leggings, and today I'd still choose high waisted leggings over them but yeah.. low or high waisted it's the same body and we gotta love that body to grow 🌼 (seriously.) Lately I’ve been very analytical of my motives as they are extremely revealing of your true intentions.
Some people want to loose 20 pounds.
Others want to gain 10.
We all want to make it–to make something of ourselves. But WHY? Why do you want it? What are you doing it for?
When you can identify the reason you want something, it becomes easy to fall in love with achieving it. You wake up eager to unravel more of your journey.
I always emphasize how health is very much holistic. What you keep in your heart, what you think about, what you secretly or public wish on others; will eventually manifest it’s way into your life. If you want to look, feel or be better; begin evaluating your heart and accordingly align yourself with good things.

Was feeling kinda down after my exam (didn't do as well as I had hoped). Decided to do a quick leg day with my girl @rachelsfire_4figure to burn off some emotion, which helped so much. Working on my mental and physical strength has been a challenge with highs and lows. Seeing the changes in my body over the lest few months with all the hard work I have put into it has gotten me super excited for my mental growth during this semester. .

Today I kinda wanted to BE GRUMPY. My plans fell through that I was REALLY excited about (not to mention I'm out $50 because of it too) and I started slumping into that place where I really don't like to be.

Well, my hubby basically told me to suck it up and wasn't playing into my "oh woe is me" attitude, so I drank my pre workout and pressed play to ease my mind. Guess what?! It worked! Not that I'm not still bummed on missing out on a great evening, but I am choosing to BE POSITIVE and look at the bright side... I'm pretty POSITIVE I'll indulge in sushi at the captain's meeting at Crab House instead.
