1.Take life lightly (joke around,have fun)
2.Remove negative people from your life (can be anyone from work,college ,or relatives )
3.Take up an activity that you enjoy (Sports ,painting ,Gardening anything )
4.Get massage ,sauna or spa .Trust me it helps making you feel better .
