Do things that scare you. And watch how well you grow! 🌱 . . I've been stepping out of my comfort zone a lot lately. And by lately I mean like a month, so it's still very new! I just decided to stop saying no to things that scare me for silly reasons. Like going out to eat alone at a restaurant with two kids, asking for a strangers phone number because you really like their vibe or going to an event alone! All things that I wouldn't have even imagined just six weeks ago! . . I realize for many people these aren't a big deal, but for a strongly rooted introvert like me-it's everything. I would be a liar if I didn't tell you I was proud of myself! . . My comfort zone is getting a little bit bigger and with it, my confidence and openness to opportunity! . . Menstrual cups are free from toxic chemicals, artificial perfumes, dioxins, pesticides and other harmful substances. There are studies showing that such chemicals are carcinogenic and directly linked to some fatal cases. Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) from menstrual cups are extremely rare, almost none. Girls can read it and say, ‘Oh, this happened to me too!’” Both the online and comic book content has been reviewed by medical professionals to ensure its accuracy, an important consideration given that 88% of girls and women in India who menstruate use unsafe materials.
