Practice the fundamentals. A lot of the time we are in a rush to do the complexed and "maginificent" things. We forget that complexity is nothing more than a sequence of the simple things. If you can master the simple things, the complexed and magnificent won't be a problem for you, and thats what I've spent the whole of last week doing along with squats (🙄) , nothing but the basics.Here's a clip of some of the stuff I've been up to.
