After spending much of the last two days in bed with a monster migraine, I feel like this book is finding me at just the right time.
Migraines are not new in my life, they are something I've struggled with since high school, something that is always interrupting, often hovering in the background during daily life, even disrupting it when they are bad enough by sending me home from work or making me cancel on plans. I've even sat through the plane ride from hell with a torturous migraine, during which I puked every half hour.
Reading through Stephanie's story gives me hope that even though I've been to see migraine specialists (who just wanted to throw pills at my problem) there is more that I can do to be proactive.
Introducing her thoroughly-tested plan over 8 weeks with not just recipes but strategies for healthier living, this book seems a clear path for life with fewer headaches. I'm starting today. Thank you, @sweavermph and @agatepublishing for the chance to give this a try! // THE MIGRAINE RELIEF PLAN: AN 8-WEEK TRANSITION TO BETTER EATING, FEWER HEADACHES, AND OPTIMAL HEALTH by Stephanie Weaver
