As I was doing work tonight. I had a moment when I remembered that I love to smile and laugh a lot in life. My whole life I grew up not liking my smile, but after so many attempts to hold it back I finally stopped caring as much. I’m sure at some point we get lost and focus on others as our source of happiness. That’s definitely a familiar cycle to us all.
Why not ask yourself. “ are the things you do truly make you happy in life? Will you go back home being stoked you had a random dance off with a kid that’s only in 5th grade?
No? Well that’s because you aren’t accepting the things that are given to you on a daily.
If FEAR starts with analyzing the small things in our selfs why can’t we do that with our perceptive we see everyday?
Just go out your day and do something you love, or something that makes you happy and HOLD ON TO THAT!!! For dear life! Promise you will start loving the small parts of yourself you don’t want to accept.
