Me moment #162
It's so easy to make excuses to not get active.... like SO easy!
But it's amazing how much better we feel once we just get the blood moving a bit. Today I challange you to do something active for 5 minutes. That's it. No big commitment, no breaking a serious sweat and having to shower etc. Just put on a happy song and work your body a bit. Feel free to do this little exercise, the key is the control. You don't want to just throw your legs around, move them with purpose and hit your max range each time. Keep your core wngaged rhe whole time.I did a couple sets turned in (parallel) and a couple turned out to work different muscles. Comment down below when you do! I'm proud of you!
