Something that is so incredibly important, not only for competitors, but anyone who is wanting to get in shape and reach their goals ➡️You have to, have to, HAVE to, listen to what your coach or trainer is telling you to do. Trust them and trust the process. If you don't follow the meal plan or workout program exactly how it is written, then you're cheating yourself and will end up being disappointed in your results, and that's no one's fault but your own (harsh but true!!!) Tweaks can and will be made throughout the process, and there are reasons and methods behind each step.
