10 reps each leg, 3 sets - you’ll feel this in the booty, squeeze your core when driving up ⚡️

Squats (again not super heaving, you want the weight to be challenging, we’re going for reps here. I’m doing 115lbs)
10-12reps, 3 sets - drive up with your core, this is where you work your abdominal muscles ⚡️

Leg press, I’m doing 180lb
10reps, 3 sets ⚡️

Hip thrusters, I don’t remember the weight, might be about 80lb
