In a narrow goat stance, have your hands under your lower ribs to make sure your upper torso doesn't drop down vertically. Spine n head suspended and projecting up, jiggle your lower body ever so gently so you feel tension releasing downwards in your lumbar region. There's more to it, but that's the jist of it.
I strained my psoas yesterday morning when moving timber for a few hours. Back pain ain't no joke! So today I'm posting a few exercises that may help recovery.
