To say i slipped up with my food a week ago coz it was my birthday, and i used that as an excuse to eat what i wanted.
After 9 months following MM you'd think id know better by now, but no lol
What a mistake, but at least recovering from the slip ups is getting shorter, but i certainly knew id eaten something wrong lol.
Yesterday morning i was able to fit back into my little shorts and a more fitting top than usual. When you're constantly bloated till you look 5 months pregnant you tend to wear bigger baggier tops to hide it, so you dont keep getting asked when its due lol
Then i went to stock up on my fruits and veg and in the freezer shop the lady saw i was finishing off all the mixed berries and said to me give me a second and from underneath the now empty container she pulled out a huge bag to refill it.
I asked i dont suppose you have a bag like that of the wild blueberries do you?
Yes of course 😁😁😁😁
I was very excited yay!!!! 2.5kg bag of wild blueberries and when i got home and looked at the bag they are Canadian, bonus.
Its that time of the year now where the weather is changing and so is my menu to go with the variety of fruits and veg available.
Im gonna miss the melons but looking forward to more squash and winter foods etc.

Excuse the middle shelf thats my boyfriends junk food, i take over the rest of the fridge 😂🤣😂🤣 but the challenge is real, when you have Chinese takeout, yogurts and cold cut meats and cheese staring you right in the face. Its not always easy.
Yesterdays pre-dinner snack of tomatoes with spicy mango dip, then dinner was some grilled asparagus, artichokes and some puplo a la Gallega. (Octopus on a bed of potatoes topped with sea salt, spicy, sweet and smoked paprika and a very limited amout of olive oil not drowned in oil like I'd usually do it.
Yes i still eat meat, not very often but i do about once a month.
Since doing the 28 day cleanse i have become more aware of how much oils and fats im consuming.
Healing is happening and im feeling great.
