This is related to another post i had about the 1st month of training mostly due to nerve adaptions ! Then when the nerves are used to the new stress your muscles take over more of the load and continue in that manner ! Muscle memory is an example your muscles becoming used to the stress and adapting . So give your body time !!! Be patient and you will see those gainzzzz😉🤣.
