This was an awesome workout, thanks @fitnessmagsa . Really looking forward to what's to come. Had to alter some of the workout, as I don't have all the equipment.
Instead of the Rope Slam burpee, I did Med Ball Burpees and the landmines, just used a dumbbell in the same range of motion.
The glute bridges on swissball, did double legs, but 20 at a time, my hamstrings just aren't there yet.... 😉😄, but getting there.... #10movestoabetterbody
