🌮Pictured is two tacos made with chickpeas instead meat because I was bored and wanted to try something new. I’m glad I did! This would be a tasty taco idea for those trying to eat less meat, vegetarians, gluten-free fam (shells are corn tortillas), or vegans (substitute dairy free cheese or use avocado).
🌮I used canned chickpeas and heated them in a skillet with a little olive oil and taco seasoning for about 5 mins. Then I made them into tacos😋
🌮Super simple, inexpensive (1 can of beans is $0.59) and versatile. Toppings include spinach, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cheese and avocado.
🥑 Yes, there’s some spots on the avocado but I ate it before it looked completely like green 💩...avocado lovers you know what I’m talking about 😩😂.
