Realised that I had a LOT of uncooked chicken in the fridge about to go off. I pre cooked hubby a bunch of lunches and dinners so when I am slack and have a protein smoothie or Quinoa (he's not really a fan) he has food ready and waiting to be miked up. I then poached the rest of it in stock and garlic to add to Salad. #mealprep #curry #mongolian #rice #mealsforhubby #fitness #fit #fitfam #healthy #coconuts
