Saturday morning weigh in - 2 lbs off 🎉

Saturday is a now the designated #cheatday and allow myself to take it easy... but still chose my beloved Strawberry and Apple bar for breakfast heehee!

Same story all week. Tried to do step 1B or TDR days, but by 5pm, I’d had 3 products, and I was just too hungry and tired and had a meal prep box. This means each day this week was between 850 and 1000 calories. Except Thursday. There were a couple of biscuits 🤦🏻‍♀️

Last weekend, I had Saturday and Sunday off plan. I tried to be relatively good, but there was a bit of drinking involved!

For me, I can’t deprive myself of my social events and my weekends, so I’m allowing myself Saturdays to have a few drinks and trying not to go mad with food.
.
I’ve decided slow and steady is better for me, I want to lose at least another stone (14lbs/6.4kg), and more... but I’m tired of yo-yo dieting - I’m too strict, then I give up!

Diet tip numero uno; replace any meal with an energy drink. It works, trust me. ☠️ #monsterenergy #mealreplacementdiet #dead

Day 8 - Another 1.2lb off that’s now a total of 5.2lbs in 8 days so I’m pretty happy with my achievement so far. :)

Day 2: Banoffee porridge and a decaf coffee to start the day...

Friday - Strawberry & Apple Yoghurt bar, an Orange Chewy bar, a meal prep box with Halloumi and another Strawberry & Apple bar, as I was under on calories... but then had a couple of drinks 😁😁

4.4 litres of water.

Thursday was a proper step 1B day - 2 strawberry and Apple bars and 2 Orange Chewy bars.

About 3 litres of water and 2 cans of monster. Also had a Golden Vegetable hot drink 🎉

Pretty successful Wednesday - a Strawberry & Apple Yoghurt bar, an Orange Chewy bar, a meal prep box with Halloumi and another Orange Chewy bar, as I was under on calories.

Happy with progress. Ever since my hysterectomy and going into menopause, I’ve found losing weight horrifically difficult so this is good progress FOR ME. Day 4 - I put on +1lb but I’m fine with that as I said on my YouTube vlog I all of a sudden felt really ill so decided to put health first and I cut out my second shake and opted for a healthy meal instead.
Overall weightloss in 4 days -3.2lbs :).

Pretty much had a month off! Good days and bad days and odd Cambridge days here and there.

Weighed in 17th March and I was 15 stone 7.4lbs.

This morning I was 15 stone 5.8lbs.
.
At the end of the #60daychallenge I was 15 stone 4.4lbs.
.
Pretty chuffed really!!
.
I’m going away in 3 and a half weeks, so that’s a new goal/target date - 5th May.

Start weight: 17 stone 7.4lbs (245.4lbs/111kg)
Current weight: 15 stone 5.8lbs (215.8lbs/97.9kg)
1st Target weight: 14 stone 7lbs (203lbs/92kg)
