Yep it’s Sunday and I finally took the time today to meal prep for the week! I’ve been WAAAYYY off track with this lately. 😩 I’ve been dragging lately and feeling blah. Before vacation I didn’t want to spend the money on food we wouldn’t eat and then when we returned I was kind of out of sorts. It’s amazing how quickly I can get out of a routine. Excuses, I know but I am blaming it on jet lag and coming from paradise to cold and rain!! LOL. 🤣
BUT, today I was determined to make sure I had my meals prepped for the week. As I’ve said before the only person who can save “Thursday you” from eating pizza for dinner is “Sunday you”. 👍👍👍👍
