Remember Mamas, our babies are ALWAYS watching us. ✨💙 30 minutes. That’s all you need to make yourself feel AMAZING. Choose to make yourself a priority. Make time for it. Ask for help. I don’t always HAVE time but I️ make time. You deserve it. 30 minutes of “me” time to be able to get that blood pumping through your veins WILL make you a better human being. I promise you that.
Even if your child is running around climbing over and under you it's still YOU time. You are becoming a better parent, sibling, friend, child, coworker, etc. Jeremiah thrives on my workouts and stretching time because it just means more play time for him. More time to wrestle and laugh. Nothing makes me more happier when I get to make myself a better person all while making my child happier 💙

Enjoying my free week of @blueapron to get some recipe and technique ideas. Blue apron pt. 2. One pan wild Alaskan pollock with broccoli and jasmine rice. First cook the broccoli for 3 minutes with @chosenfoods avocado oil and salt and pepper. Remove the broccoli and add in jasmine rice to the pan 🍚 with 1 3/4 cup water, salt, pepper, and some garlic. Cover and bring to a boil for 7 minutes. Remove the lid and add the broccoli 🥦 on top of the rice and top with cut up pollock. Cover again and let it cook through for 12 minutes until the fish is done and water is absorbed. Serve with sauce of your choice and some sour cream. @blueapron @chosenfoods .

The hustle and bustle of the holiday season always makes it a busy time for getting things done. Add in a at-home business, full time student, full time employee, and a 10 month old son. life is REALLY busy! 🙈

It’s super easy to put myself on the back burner during the holiday season and in life in general because of how busy and full it is. But what good does that do? When I do that, I’m exhausted, uninspired, and totally depleted.

Some may say it’s selfish to carve out 30 minutes of time to get a workout in when there’s so many other things to be doing, but taking time to press play is something that makes me better. When I do things to take care of me, I’m better equipped to serve my family and my son in a better headspace.

I’m so grateful for the on demand library of workouts I was introduced to, because it’s taken a gym goer, macro counter, self-conscience woman, bad body image, and turned her into a mom, who is stronger and more in shape than she was before her son because it’s simple.
Workout because you love the way it makes you feel. Not because of what you ate or because you hate yourself. Those endorphins are powerful things!

I’ve found myself again through a healthy lifestyle and I honestly can’t help but share about it every day. It’s saved who I am as a woman. 🙏🏽 Do you workout too? Why? How does it make you feel?

Results start and end in the kitchen. It sounds cliche but you really cannot exercise a bad diet. I workout to get my heart pumping and to fuel myself against cardiovascular disease. I care what I put into my body because I want to live a long, healthy, fulfilling life. I barely got to snack on the grapes and peas- Jeremiah snatch them right up and enjoyed them! I wasn't kidding when I said he enjoys eating my food!

The left was taken about 2.5 years ago and the right was taken about a month ago. Weight and body wise I don't look much different, but the difference between the 2.5 years are HUGE!
The left I was constantly working out and lifting weight anywhere between 2-3 hours a day, 7 days a week. I strictly kept track of my macros. I would feel super guilty if I ate over my macros, or indulged in Thanksgiving meal like I did a few days ago. I was SUPER self conscience of how I looked and how people thought I looked. My relationship with my body and how I ate was terrible and very unhealthy.
Today I live a very healthy life. I do limit the sweats, alcohol, and junk I consume not because I'm scared of the weight I'll gain from it, but because I know how I will feel after I consume them. I'm not killing my body by working out all the time. I'm kindly taking care of it by moving it 30 minutes to an hour, maybe 5 times a week. I never feel guilty anymore indulging at family events, consuming a little bit of alcohol, and I don't avoid going out to eat because I don't know the macro count or I won't have enough self control to stay away from the free buns or breadsticks.
I have never felt so good in my body before. Not because "I lost a lot of body fat or that I can fit into my high school jeans" but because I don't have a daily battle with myself because I'm not good enough. I don't have a daily battle with what should I eat. I don't bad talk myself because I ate a brownie and it wasn't my cheat day.
If 2.5 years ago you told me that I wasn't following my macros, wasn't hitting the gym for at least an hour and a half, and wasn't criticizing my body on a daily basis; I'd laugh straight in your face.
I've focused so much on self love, personal development, and feeding my body CORRECTLY without restricting myself. I can't thank my team enough for the endless love and support.

I cannot believe my baby boy is already 10 months old today! Time is sure flying by.

He is certainly developing his own personality, loves cuddles, loves rubbing heads together, loves to eat big boy food-especially moms food, he is crawling like crazy, gets so angry when he can't walk, loves his ABC's, enjoys Sesame Street, to no surprise still does not sleep through the night, and loves playing with the broom. Giving him the swifter this morning was the only way I could keep him somewhat still.

Jeremiah you are truly the best thing that had ever came into my life. I can't thank God enough for you 💙

The face of a momma who hasn't gotten a full nights of sleep in about 3-4 months.. and last night both me and Jeremiah slept from 10:30pm- 7:30am!! To say I'm excited is an understatement!! I forgot what's its like to get a full nights sleep, I'm on cloud nine right now 😊 I feel like I could conquer the world!

Approval is a dangerous line to walk. One mis-step and you lose YOUR vision of what you want your life to be, and before you know it you are living out someone else’s vision for your life.
I think there are moments through out our lives when we make these little seemingly insignificant decisions to “please, and we lose little tiny pieces of ourselves in the process. .
But going against the grain is sometimes the quickest way to get back to YOUR vision, and YOUR path. Never be scared to walk your path, even if it’s alone. .
Remember, it’s up to us to pick which direction we are going. Never let someone else choose your journey, and always believe that you have something uniquely amazing to deliver to this world because YOU DO!

KALE YEAH! 🙌🏼 This salad tastes as good as it looks!! The key to eating clean is constantly switching it up so you don’t get bored and trying new things!
I never used to like kale-actually like zero vegetables- and I never thought I’d eat a salad without cheese and meat but here I am! Loving it! ❤️ It’s crazy how my taste buds have actually changed and I now crave healthy foods. Or my body like freaks out if I don't eat any vegetables or fruit.

Five years ago, I wouldn’t have believed it myself! So if you are living the fast food life be assured once you start feeding your body right you won’t miss that crap you’re currently eating. Be comforted knowing your cravings will change. You’ll have more energy. Be happier. And you will just feel energized and happy 😊

A HUGE shout out to my girl Amy!! She gained 55 pounds during her pregnancy with her daughter. She was like me and tried fad diets, gyms, and all sorts of workout programs out there, but had no success.
The structure and support she recieved through vitural bootcamp is exactly what she needed. After seven months committing to this lifestyle she lost 44 pounds! She loves the convenience that her online workouts has to offer. She loves how easy it is to just get up, walk down stairs, and push play. She works out regularly because she says there are no more excuses. There is no need to drive to the gym or find a babysitter for a couple hours!
Way to keep pushing girl! I know this is just the beginning and I cannot wait to see what's to come!

I know what it is like to be unhappy and uncomfortable in my own skin, hiding behind loose shirts, pulling at my clothes as I stand in front of the mirror hoping to stretch them out just enough to become flattering.

I have been getting a lot of questions on social media about my journey, how I turned things around, how I do it with a busy schedule, go out to eat, and enjoy my favorite foods while staying on track with my goals.
Well it's not a secret quick fix, wrap or pill, because those don't exist. At least ones that get you real results without putting your health at risk. I began to eat healthier while practicing portion control and moderation. I exercise daily and I have joined a community that supports me and keeps me accountable every single day.
With my new challenge group starting next Monday. I am focusing on FOOD and how to stay on track without going overboard over the holidays 🙌🏻. Ill be giving my challengers exact meal plans that won't deprive them and are loaded with amazing recipes, to help them learn what to buy, what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat and when to TREAT yourself. I'll pair it with customized workout plans that fit into their busy schedule.
There is no guessing as to whether you will see and feel results. It's a plan proven to work, working with myself to make sure you follow through with it all.

A ton of excuses ran through my head this morning of why I should stay in bed: Its Friday, I don't feel like working out, I don't want to get out of bed, it's cold, I didn't get any sleep, etc. So I hit snooze a couple times 😴. While in the second snooze, the thoughts in my head were of why I SHOULD get up & workout: its Friday, I'll feel better after working out, I have to get out of bed anyway, and it's cold. So I rolled out of bed, chugged my preworkout and got er done! With the help of Jeremiah crawling all over and his toys scattered everywhere.

This coaching thing is my whole world. 💕
Behind the scenes I am planning, collaborting, jumping onto corporate calls, connecting with challengers, connecting with strangers about their health journey, burying my nose into personal development to make myself a better person, mom, business woman, etc., and doing my fitness thing! .
Honestly, since I have stepped back from personal training and teaching group exercise classes to pursue my dream of being a nurse and a mommy; I was missing a piece of happiness. I was missing a piece of happiness in my heart that personal training and group exercise gave me. .
I love being able to connect to people, talk to people about their struggles in life-more times than not it was never about their fitness, watch their progress, see their happiness after a killer workout, watch their happiness when they noticed they dropped a pants size, etc. By being able to coach I am able to still obtain that happiness I was so desperately missing. .
There is nothing I love more than people regain their health back. I love spreading my knowledge to others. So here I sit crushing out some more homework and working on my coaching business on this beautiful fall Saturday 💕

Sometimes Mom Life looks polished, done up, and put together. Other times, it looks like this. A complete mess. 😂💙 Either way, I love myself, I love my life, and I love my baby.
In the realm of motherhood, there is no such thing as shaming and I will never put another Momma down for her choices or decisions. Becoming a Mother is a TOUGH job and I commend each and every one of you for being such a LIGHT in your son or daughters life.
This is me, haven't showered in two days post workout, Jeremiah would rather crawl underneath me than anywhere else, my hair is everywhere, greasy face/hair, and no makeup.
Jeremiah loves me either way. He just needs lots of hugs, kisses, snuggles, and positive affirmations.
Whether or not I'm put together, I always show up for him. .
Us Momma's need to stick together. 💙

Do you BELIEVE you are worthy of your hopes, dreams, and desires has been placed in your heart? Or will you keep procrastinating on them with your many excuses and keep letting mediocrity and a sense of COMFORTABLE get in the way?
Do you want COMFORTABLE? Or do you INCREDIBLE?
For me, I constantly battle that voice in my head telling me I can't. ✋🏻 But I KNOW the world has a plan for me; JUST for me. That only I can fulfill. But I've gotta choose to SHOW UP and BELIEVE it. Every day.
Even when I feel like I have every excuse not too. And I believe you have a plan too. But it's your choice whether you show up or not. And I truly suggest you show up. Even if you're fearful. Feel the fear & do it ANYWAYS.
It will lead you to epic places. .
Your life adventure is only as awesome as you're willing to make it.
