One of our favorite dinners are these homemade turkey patties that are loaded with flavor and super easy to prep👌🏼
I paired mine with some greens, sweet potato fries, steamed Brussels in bone broth, and duh 🥑 . Can't wait for you all to enjoy!
Jalapeño cilantro feta turkey burgers
1 package of organic ground turkey
1 jalapeño deseeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
2 handfuls cilantro
1 handful spinach
3/4 of a small red onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup feta cheese (omit if doing whole30)
2-3 Tbsp @bonafideprovisions turkey bone broth (or avocado oil)
Sauté your onion, jalapeño, bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, and spinach in some @bonafideprovisions bone broth (or avocado oil) for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the seasonings, feta and ground turkey. Add your veggie mixture to th turkey mix,roll into balls, flatten with hands, and add to a grill pan with some bone broth. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
Sweet potato fries
3 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
Spray with some avocado oil and add smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. Cook 400 for 35-40 minutes.
