This is the kind of breakfast that makes your mouth water as you're making it hehe
I could probably eat this every day. 🌞 I love how many toppings there are for a bowl of oats. And it is actually a healthy breakfast, which makes it that much better.

I often have a hard time staying full until lunch time...probably because my mornings start so early (thanks to my sweet children 😉). I don't usually get to eat lunch until I'm done with my afternoon run which ends up being around 1:30pm. So 7:45am to 1:30pm is a LONG stretch to go without eating. I always have a snack some where in there, but having a nice BIG bowl of oats for breakfast, like this one, really helps satisfy all of those snack cravings between breakfast and lunch 👍
This bowl of oats is my usual base of organic steel cut oats + almond milk + cinnamon + raisins. And I topped this bowl with organic frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, @justins peanut butter, sliced bananas, and @bearnakedgranola. YUM!!!

Looking for a healthy prep friendly salad dressing try this out:
Juice of 2 🍋
1 T whole grain mustard
1 1/2 t stevia
2 t chili powder
Combine all and pour over your favorite salad like this one here, 5 ounces of wild salmon, shaved broccoli root, shaved carrot, blueberries, strawberries, red onion, steamed broccoli, steamed asparagus and pine nuts 💥💥

Weight Loss Tip: Scramble eggs in a nonstick skillet. Pop some asparagus in the microwave, and add whole wheat toast. If your cholesterol levels are normal, you can have seven eggs a week!
