So to get obvious out of the way... not all of the bananas are 100 calories ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ˜œ it's a very common misconception within the Health and Nutrition community that a banana will be 100 calories, but many people do not take into consideration its size. But ultimately all of them are carbs with higher sugar content compared to other fruits such as Grapes & Watermelon๐Ÿค“ Is it not what you were thinking?

They are still delicious and healthy ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค— Don't exclude them from your nutrition plan as bananas are a good source of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and fiber. They fill you up quickly and since they are rich in calories, they keep you full for longer. They are such a great post workout snack

Ensure that you weigh your banana before consuming / tracking its calorie or at least, judge it's calorie content by looking at its size , its quite easy once you get the hang of it! ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿ‡Yep, eating mostly whole foods helps a lot to lose weight. Of course, you will still need to pay attention to HOW MUCH you're eating - food quantity (portion control) is always important, no matter if you're eating healthy or unhealthy foods!

๐ŸŽพWhy can you eat more on the right side? The foods on the right side are less calorically dense - which means 'less calories per amount of foods' -> aka: you can eat more for the same amount of calories. This helps for you to feel full and satisfied (not hangry).
.

I get asked a lot of questions about my body -- which I completely understand since I am so open on here with my body, what I eat/how I live etc... ๐Ÿ’“but a kind reminder: you only see portions of me on here.. portions that I choose to share. I do have bowed legs, my hips are wide and my hip bones stick out, I do have breast implants and I do have regrets about those implants (this is just one regret from my past that shows through physically - like a bad tattoo or haircut but worse LOL), sometimes my ribs stick out in pictures - not because I'm under weight but because that's just how my body shape is!, I have stretch marks on my butt cheeks and cellulite in certain spots, I get pimples (and then I pick them ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ) and my legs are hairy 90% of the time.. are these good things? Not necessarily -- are these bad things? Definitely not .. they just ARE! โœจI just AM -- all day long.. this is me. So get over it or get lost!

Well what I don't love is that blood sugar crash at the end of the meal, that leaves me lethargic and ... hungry again an hour later. A large bowl of pasta ๐Ÿ with tomato sauce is going to spike my insulin. This will leave me craving even more carbs and lead to weight gain overtime. .
