This week we are finally trying our hand at a classic British pork pie recipe. I’m soooo super excited! I’m glad we looked up the recipe because apparently you cook them the day before as the gelatin needs to set before eating. The rest of the week is freezer stash and pantry cooking. We will need to pick up more almond milk, veggies and fruit, but I’m trying to get our spending back in check. As always, we sink way too much into groceries!
