#mealofthegods - Do I eat the same food day in day out? Yes, I pretty much do. I prefer to stick to a set meal plan every day to get the best results possible. I don't allow myself to eat other foods or have a big cheatmeal. When ever I feel like eating something else, I simply substitute a meal for the macros and still hit my daily target. This allows my to still enjoy but still get results.
