I filled one kind with #carrot and #cucumber, another with carrot, cucumber and #avocado and the third one with avocado and #mayola . . . I smothered mine in wasabi and #soysauce . . . I think I'm the only person I know that loves wasabi!
It's world meat free day! Every day for us is meat free, but it's so nice to see vegetarianism/veganism gaining more recognition for how healthy it can be for everyone.
This was our dinner tonight: Veggie fajitas with carrot sticks and vegan mayo by mayola. The filling is butternut squash, button mushrooms, orange & red pepper, courgette and quorn vegan pieces (cooked in a tin of tomatoes). The spice mix and wraps are from Tesco. This is my 5 year olds portion and he ate every single bit apart from half a piece of courgette, apparently that was too much, lol.
