tomorrow marks my 1 year of practicing yoga 😊 i started with #mayibeginyoga2016 challenge with @beachyogagirl scared to even post a picture. i didn't think i would finish the month long challenge, but i did. and here we are 😂
It's so easy to sit and judge people, its easier to say what others should or shlouldnt do... Stop and think if its even your place to make that judgment, especially when you don't have a clue of the story .... Keep your mind inwards in your own life, that's the best expression of respect we can have towrds other and ourself 🙏
Ack to doing a double challenge! Day 15 of #mayibeginyoga2016 is toward fold. I can't wait to be able to not have to bend my knees for this one. Day 1 of fuel your forearm balance was to hold plank pose for a minute....didnt quite make it that long though!
Had to catch up on my workouts, so here's day 13 and 14 of #mayibeginyoga2016. I have to say that although I know my crow pose needs some improvement, I'm just happy I was able to hold it for 15 seconds! 😄
Day 7 of #mayibeginyoga2016, this was such a calm and peaceful pose after doing the crow pose flow with @thejourneyjunkie. I found this video of hers so helpful as I was FINALLY able to get into and hold crow pose for a few seconds and NOT fall flat on my face! Thank you @thejourneyjunkie !
