Day 27: #TCSWEATADAY: Wall Sit/ High Knees

Partner 1: Come to a wall sit position, back against the wall, butt down in line with knees, feet and knees facing straight ahead. Grab on to the band with both hands. Keep shoulders away from ears, arms can be extended or you can row your arms back so the elbows are on the wall. Your job is to hold here.
Partner 2: Put the band around your hips and face away from your partner/the wall. Adjust as needed but you won't want it around your waist. Step away from your partner to get resistance on the band.
From there begin high knees in place maintaining resistance on the band. If you need to step out a little further you can, but you will otherwise be running in place. Use your arms!! .
*switch partners and repeat* .

Bands & Burpees, need we say more? .

Day 23: #TCSWEATADAY: Single Arm Partner Burpee

Setup. Both partners stand facing each other, each holding the band in your right hand. Step away from each other pulling the band taught. Before you begin you can test the distance between the two of you by coming into a plank position. You want the band to have tension when both of your right arms are extended forward. That will be the distance you need. Stand back up and begin the movement.
Movement: Keeping tension on the band in the right hand, bring your left hand down to the ground. Hop back to a plank - your right arm will extend out in front of you. Row your right elbow back, pulling against the resistance from your partner. Release the right arm forward without snapping. Hop your feet in, stand up and jump. Repeat. .
*switch the band to the other hand & repeat* .

Day 25: #TCSWEATADAY: Single Arm Side Plank Row

Setup. Both partners come a one plank position, facing the same direction. The band will be in your respective inside hand. Adjust your planks so when the inside hand is fully extended and parallel to the ground, the band is relatively taught. You can separate your feet a bit wider for balance. This one arm plank with the inside arm extended is your starting point. Keep your hips in line with the shoulders and feet.
Movement: Keeping tension on the band, both partners roll open to side plank as you row that inside arm back behind you. Hug the elbow into your side. Your partner will be pulling against you so it is extra resistance.
With control return to center and your one-arm plank. Try not to snap each other back to center. Repeat. .
*switch sides with your partner to repeat on other arm* .

I've been to a few gyms over the years but nothing tops the one I'm at now, no 2 days are the same, always something different & challenging, kinda like how life is really lol. Hasn't all been smooth sailing, in the midst of it all I battled a couple of acute asthma attacks & still struggling with an old motorbike injury my right shoulder in which it restricts me with some exercises.
