Day 27: #TCSWEATADAY: Wall Sit/ High Knees
Partner 1: Come to a wall sit position, back against the wall, butt down in line with knees, feet and knees facing straight ahead. Grab on to the band with both hands. Keep shoulders away from ears, arms can be extended or you can row your arms back so the elbows are on the wall. Your job is to hold here.
Partner 2: Put the band around your hips and face away from your partner/the wall. Adjust as needed but you won't want it around your waist. Step away from your partner to get resistance on the band.
From there begin high knees in place maintaining resistance on the band. If you need to step out a little further you can, but you will otherwise be running in place. Use your arms!! .
*switch partners and repeat* .
