Day 31: #TCSWEATADAY: Stacked Plank/ Knee Pull
Partner 1: Come to a plank position. Shoulders stack over wrists. Feet about hip/shoulder width apart. Keep your entire body super engaged. Your job is to hold here and support your partner's body weight.
Partner 2: Come to a stacked plank position by placing your hands on your partner's ankles/calves (depending on your height vs theirs). Step one foot at a time on to their shoulder blades. Make sure to keep your body super engaged as well. You want your weight to stay even so that you don't dump all your weight into your partner's shoulders or legs.
From there Partner 2 lift your left leg straight up, squeezing glute so that you're in a single leg plank position. Draw your knee towards your chest, continuing to press evenly through both hands. You can curl towards that knee with the head if you want or stay straight. Return to plank. Switch legs. Repeat. .
*switch partners and repeat* .
