Bands & Burpees, need we say more? .
Day 23: #TCSWEATADAY: Single Arm Partner Burpee
Setup. Both partners stand facing each other, each holding the band in your right hand. Step away from each other pulling the band taught. Before you begin you can test the distance between the two of you by coming into a plank position. You want the band to have tension when both of your right arms are extended forward. That will be the distance you need. Stand back up and begin the movement.
Movement: Keeping tension on the band in the right hand, bring your left hand down to the ground. Hop back to a plank - your right arm will extend out in front of you. Row your right elbow back, pulling against the resistance from your partner. Release the right arm forward without snapping. Hop your feet in, stand up and jump. Repeat. .
*switch the band to the other hand & repeat* .
