I’ve been MIA for the last few weeks. I have to admit...the holidays were rough. I hit a speedbump and got thrown off course a little bit. As January began I was able to get back in the routine by being disciplined with my meal plan but neglecting my workouts when a cold got the best of me. I stayed away from social media to avoid the accountability and avoided stepping on the scale or taking progress photos in fear of being forced to face what I didn’t want to see. Finally I got the courage and I’m glad I did. Week 1 on the left & beginning of Week 6 on the right. This was all I needed to light a fire back under me to get back at it!! The progress on #ma30day is REAL!! Even when you hit a bump in the road don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise! My stomach is more toned (I know y’all see a little abs trying to push through 👀😂). My side profile is leaner. Those stubborn back rolls are slowing melting away (PRAISE HIM 🙌🏾👏🏾 lol). And my thighs even toned a little (if you squint there’s a itty bitty thigh gap coming in 😂). Goodmorning Warriors 🌞 .. (barely lol) been doing those oatcakes all week. One of my favorite things on the plan (thank you @massy.arias 👍🏽😄) but thought I'd change it up for today's brunch :2 egg whites, roasted zucchini + butternut squash (kinda very well done) 1 sprouted bread slice and some hummus w/garlic to make it interesting😋😋. Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day, I would binge.
