CONTROL BALANCE (control del equilibrio) Nivel Avanzado.

EJERCICIO:
Decúbito supino, pelvis en posición imprint, piernas juntas y extendidas en diagonal y pies en punta, brazos extendidos por encima de la cabeza con las palmas hacia el techo (escápulas estabilizadas). -
1- inhalar flexionar cadera hasta que las piernas estén perpendiculares al suelo, posteriormente, presionar con los hombros y brazos el suelo, mantener el ombligo dentro y hacia arriba y flexionar la columna vértebra a vértebra, desde las lumbares hasta la zona torácica alta. Las piernas siguen el movimiento del cuerpo hasta quedar paralelas al suelo.
2- Exhalar y extender las caderas llevando los pies hacia el techo.
3- Inhalar y mantener la posición anterior alargando los pies hacia el techo.
4- Exhalar y flexionar cadera derecha llevando la pierna hacia la cabeza a la vez que se extiende ligeramente la cadera izquierda (como en la imagen) mantener el equilibrio y tomar tobillo con las manos.
5- Inhalar e invertir la posicion de las piernas cruzandolas a la mitad del recorrido.
Repetir 3 a 5 veces 🔃 con cada pierna. Alternando.
Regresar a posición inicial de la misma forma como entramos a la postura.

💖 This is a shoulder bridge so limit your height so you stay out of your cervical spine (neck)
💖 Firmly press into the ground with your forearms
💖 Keep belly pulled in tight and exhale out of your mouth as your hips lift and also when you pull the ball back into your seat 💖 Feet start hips distance apart on the ball. Add a knee squeeze at the top for inner thighs
💖Squeeze your seat muscles when you pulse high with one leg extended 💖Reps: 8 hip lifts to bridge | 8 rolls out and in | 8 combos | 8-12 pulses with leg extended | Repeat pulses with other leg | Try 3 sets throughout the day for extra burn
