My workout routine today-1 hour on my Reformer and then about 30 minutes of deep stretching. How I make it work- Bodhi is asleep and Teagan watches a movie on her iPad while I'm on my Reformer. Then their both awake and playing with me while I stretch. It's not always this smooth of course but I'm finding a routine that really works for me ☺

I'm getting my Roller on today! The foam roller is such a versatile tool - here I'm using it for some balance and stabilisation work which looks quite simple but is really challenging ... the aim is to stay on the roller! I love using cross patterns of upper and lower body as it is a great way of encouraging the oblique muscle slings to work, which in turn give you more stability. I'd love to see your ideas on the foam roller 😀 #foamroller#balancecontrol
