Matcha Love 🍵
I’ll be totally honest, as much as I’d love to say that I wake up early enough to properly make the matcha latte that I love, I don’t. I wake up with exactly the bare minimum amount of time it takes me to hustle out the door. This is something I’m actively trying to change. But, I’m changing a lot of aspects of my lifestyle, so I give myself patience, and grace and encouragement.
Today, I woke up early enough.
In my latte:
Matcha, collagen, cashew mylk, mct oil, ashwaganda, moringa, and ghee.
