Some leg shots from today. This is pretty encouraging...usually don't see much in my legs during low/zero carb stretches as the muscle flattens out and stops pressing up against the skin the way it normally would, making muscle separation difficult to see. Who knows what the whole package may look like in just under three weeks 🤷🏽♂️...but I have a feeling the legs are gonna be on like never before. **hamstring drop dedicated to my close friend and former coach @natespear. Nate always harped on me for not showing my hamstring as best I could in my side shots. We spoke yesterday and he said the same thing as usual haha. Think I got it today bud! On a real note...one of the things driving me to make it to the North Americans is a chance to meet up with Nate in person for the first time. Don't think a soul out there could argue that Nate is one of the best PEOPLE in this industry, and he's one hell of a competitor...one who I expect to do some serious damage at a pro qualifier in 2018. Great feeling to have someone like that in my corner. Bodybuilding may be an individual sport when you get under the lights, but don't get it twisted, it's a team sport through and through...and I couldn't hand select a better group of ride or dies to run with.
