Another phase completed of my own strength program. :
I'm a big believer that strength is the cornerstone of every aspect of fitness, and my latest phase has had me working a little more at the 90% range. :
Rounding off the program (and the bank holiday weekend) with an awesome sports massage from @masseur_on_tour has left me ready for the next stage of my own training, and for the new week 👊
As much as daily maintenance with foam rollers and lacrosse balls is of huge benefit; spending a bit of time and money with a quality soft tissue therapist every few weeks does wonders for my own recovery, and something I definitely recommend to clients.
