Pro's and con's while cutting or bulking.

Cutting:
👍 pro's: getting lean, getting visible abs and more definition in muscles. 👎 con's: low energy, lower strenght and often fighting the hunger.

Bulking:
👍pro's: muscle's grow fast, much strenght. Feeling full of energy. 👎con's: heavyweight. Ahhhhh skinny alarm 🙈🙈🙈... 8 days Off... war krank,hatte nen Virus. Nun bin ich wieder da um euch zu nerven. Heute geht es das Erste Mal wieder ins gym. Bin schlapp und unmotiviert noch wegen zu viel chillen. Aber leute, ganz ehrlich geht niemals krank ins training, zumal man sowieso in der kurzen Zeit nix verliert, außer die nerven ☺.
Aber lieber ein längerer prozess als mit einer Herzmuskelentzündung das leben zu beenden. BLEIBT WACH UND FIT.
Was trainiert ihr heute so? Bei mir is der typische Pushday dran BRUST TRIZEPS WADEN UND BAUCH.

Is there such a thing as the perfect exercise as far as hitting a muscle equally through all points of the strength curve? .
.
Probably not...
.
But by using a technique know as "mechanical drop set", you can manipulate the resistance profile of an exercise and extend the set out without ever having to drop the weight. .
.
Let me explain...
.
A cable is going to provide the greatest level of resistance when the handle is at a 90 degree angle to your arm, in this case with the cable fly, that is going to be when you are standing closer to the cable apparatus and your arms are out in front of you, muscle being in the shortened position. With each step I take forward, the 90 degree point comes a little bit further back, providing the most load at a different point in the contractile range. Ending with me the furthest from the cable, the resistance is greatest at the beginning of the movement where the pec is fully lengthened. .

So by using mechanical drop sets, you are able to increase overall INTENSITY within a given set, and accomplish what would sometimes take multiple exercises to do. .
