FEW TIPS I HAVE LEARNED FROM THE YEARS OF SCULPTING CHICKEN LEGS TO DECENT WHEELS.
1. Don’t just go through the motions trying to move the weight when training legs (you must mentally connect to the muscle trained)but you should train legs with heavy weights often.
2. Squat Depth over anything (Deeper Squats means all round better leg development)
3. Sprinting with your heels helps a great deal with quad definition, try it.
4. Open stance squats will only give you ok legs. Train quads close stance to stretch, train hammies to fold.
5. If you don’t train glutes you’re a learner.
6. If you skip Legday you’re a recreational lifter.
7. Never skip a meal after Legday.
8. Never skip Legday.
