Welcome to our 5th Instagram seasonal collaboration. Chefs, Bakers, Bloggers, Home Cooks and general Food Lovers will be celebrating all things strawberry today so get ready for a very strawberry-licious explosion on your feed and more strawberry recipes, sweet and savory, than ya ever thought possible!
Now let me please tell ya about my creation. The crust is crushed pretzel, brown sugar and melted butter mixed together and baked for 10-15ish min. The filling is mascarpone, heavy cream, honey, brown sugar, and salt. Then the deliciousness is topped with Strawberries, Candied Pecans, Pecan Oil, Date Syrup and Salt. I love make swirls with the filling and drizzling goodies into said swirls. Scroll to see the tart with the filling before the toppings and scroll again to see just the baked crust. Hope you enjoy!
