#30daysofbreakfast: Today is going to be a long one -- 1. I didn't exactly have breakfast today because I was engaged in other chores which is why I cooked up a brunch.
2. It had been going on and on in my head ever since I saw @awesomesaucein's recipe of cheesy Masala pav yesterday to make it. Since there was too much pav, but only one me, I made it, and used the remaining of the masala to toss the paddus (guliappa?) in. My masala pav wasn't exactly the same as @awesomesaucein's - I baked mine after topping it with cheese.
3. This photo is very, very, very close to me. I love (lurrveee!) flatlays and by some cruel twist of nature, I just cannot seem to get them right, either lighting or the fact that I don't have a DSLR or lack of skill - whichever. This is probably not a very good photo but I'm really happy with it and the amount of work it took to style it!!! I now have a wayyyy better appreciation for those (@thelazyinsomniac, @thehungrymumbaikar, @debsterr are a few Indian bloggers with great flatlays - and there are certainly many more) who create these flatlays! In the past few days, a lot of them have been talking about plagiarism of their content. IT IS REALLY NOT RIGHT. THIS IS ACTUAL HARD WORK.
Hope you guys like this!
Day 23: Masala pav (baked with cheese), paddu (tossed in the same masala), chai
