Here's a twist on a holiday favorite! Sweet & Spicy Cranberry Sauce. You can add less Jalapeño if you prefer less heat. Just customize to your preferences. Another variation is to leave out the Jalapeno and use Ginger essential Oil in place of the Wild Orange.
10-ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 Jalapeno, diced
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup honey or organic sugar
3 drops Wild Orange essential oil
Pulse the berries in a food processor until they're diced, not puréed. Combine ingredients, except Wild Orange essential oil, into a saucepan. Bring up to boil and then lower temperature to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool. Add Wild Orange essential oil. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
