In case you want some ice cream on this holiday weekend, here is my Raspberry Coconut Ice Cream recipe!

2 packages frozen raspberries

2 tablespoons dark maple syrup

1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/3 cup coconut cream
