17:30 means Banana Bread Time ⏰😋 I made a lot of banana breads in my life but honestly this one... THIS ONE 🤤
Not too sweet and super airy with a bit of crunchy 👌
Sooo Here is the recipe :
60g butter (room temperature)
1 coffee spoon baking powder
1 coffee spoon baking soda
1 coffee spoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
60g pecan nuts
Few drops of vanilla extract
3 very ripe bananas
1. Stir the butter with the sugar. Add the egg, stir. Add the milk, stir. Add the bananas (smashed with a fork), stir.
2. In an other bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nuts (crushed). 3. Add little by little the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Stir well.
4. Put the mixture in a baking plate. You can decorate the top with half of a banana and some nuts.
Bake for about 45min 200 degrees.
