176 miles in March and 195 miles in April brings me to 7️⃣4️⃣7️⃣/2018. Hoping I can keep up the mileage as the warmer months approach!
And I really couldn’t post something without taking the opportunity to brag on our favorite triathlete @mytriaddiction, who finished his second Ironman last weekend. The boys and I had a blast being a part of the #IMTX party! It’s so awesome to see the months of dedication and hard training pay off 💪
A little late but I just checked my total miles for March and I hit my first 100 mile month ever! Last year I got injured during week 13 of training so I never got to a hundred mile month. My high school self would have never believed I’d run 100 miles in a year, let alone one month! #run#running#marchmiles#veganrunner
This is a little late but I'm so happy with my training in March!💛 Running- 171 miles 🏃🏃 This marathon training cycle has been great! I'm excited for next Saturday and to see how this training pays off for the marathon! Biking - 288 miles (+ or -) 🚴🚴 All my riding was on my bike trainer. So it's not exact but still so happy with that many miles while training for my marathon!
Definitely feeling better through March than I was February! SI Joint arthritis, IT Band issues, and continued hip pain have really forced me to slow it down and remember that I need to strengthen my whole body, not just run until my legs fall off. I’m still not great about it, but I’m getting better. #marchmiles#runitout#1000milesin2018#1000miles#halfmarathontraining#bamr

51.93 miles logged for March. That makes 104.64 miles since I started training half way through January. I’ve learned a lot this month mostly about myself, my body, what does and doesn’t work nutritionally, and that I am way more capable than I thought.
I conquered a fear of training outside by myself 💪🏼 🏃🏻♀️ (in College a couple of times people shouted things at me...not always nice and one person even threw a slushy at my friend end and I 😂 ). What I’m learning is that we are all on a journey and we all have certain insecurities...nobody is alone there. But mostly I wanted to prove to myself that I can be consistent with something for more than two weeks because consistency is an area in my life that vastly needed improvement. I know 51 miles isn’t a huge deal but I’m still learning and growing and when I cross that finish line on May 19th I cannot wait to give God glory for not only Physical healing but also Emotional healing. ✌🏼🙌🏼 Bring on April... #running#girlswhorun#fitnessjourney#halfmarathontraining#fitfam#marchmiles#healingtestimony#growth#godisgood
March was a crazy busy non-running month for me but I am so happy for the 161 Miles I was able to run in it. Highlight of the month was for sure dressing up as Pre and getting my 10k PR at the @ccc10k 🏃🏻♀️#meredithontherun
