Literally just now realized it's March 4th- National Marching Band Day! Flashback to my first season in the amazing Pride of Arizona Drumline!! Many days I wish I could go back to doing this, but after 9 years of marching a drum, my body just couldn't take it anymore. Being in the Pride was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had, and I am still so proud to say I was a member of this respected organization. The best therapy was being on Arizona Stadium's field in front of thousands of people every weekend 😍😍 I was so happy to perform, every single time. #marchingbandgeek#marchfourth#marchforth
Marching band officially started last night! First rehearsal went so well and I'm really looking forward to seeing this group of newbies grow and become something great! I apologize that this is so off the fish hobby kind of thing but it's another part of my huge passions, Music and Fish keeping! @h2oplants #marchingbandgeek#bandgeek #Ilovedrumline#Ireallywantacrestieeeee
Oops, I haven't posted for a week. Anyway, as a trumpet player I'd like to confirm that this is true. I had my first competition yesterday. It was really fun and we made a trumpet campfire to get "warmed up." That was fun.
No joke, just finished my first day of band camp and my neck is completely red. You can see the line where my lanyard was for my dotbook. (I'm a redhead so no matter how much sunscreen I put on, I still get burnt).
