Snatches & Squats...2 of my favourite things....
Trying to work hard on the correct positions on the snatch, and pulling under the bar, worked up to 65kg which felt good, although I need to focus on lowering the weight to get under the bar... 🤔🤔🤔 Squats from tonight, 105kg x 5, 120kg x 3, 132.5kg x 2, 125kg x 5x1..... starting to feel good and strong, almost playing with the big boy weights... 😄

So I really didn't feel like going tonight, I caught the later train, was tired and kind of talked myself out of it....sometimes you just need to suck it up and do the work, even if it feels like your just going through the motions! As Dory once said "just keep swimming"
