Testing yet another new lens I just picked up: Minolta 24mm MD 1:2.8 manual focus lens (circa 1980s). Wider angle lens needed for street photography and real estate shots. These old school lenses are relatively inexpensive and provide good color rendering on modern digital cameras. 24mm focal length on my 1.5 crop sensor APS-C camera equates to 36 mm lens on a full frame. I must multiply lens by 1.5 to get effective focal length. Still, it’s a decent lens, made to last decades.
